I would've liked housekeeping. We were there for 5 nights and housekeeping was available only once a week if you stayed for 7 nights. Staff unwilling to fix problem. Room condition poor with old paint, fixtures etc. Bed matress too soft. The Room. That the pool area bar closes early and same with the poolside band. And that they didn't have breakfast. Counting towels and pool wristbands. The convenience to the beach and the nice pool were what we liked best about the resort.

Also, I can understand complaints about the view if you're on a lower floor on the side of the hotel. I arrived at 5pm on a Saturday and waited in line for an hour with two young kids before I reached the desk to check in. I had called a couple of days prior to request an adjoining room, which they confirmed I would have and when I showed up, they didn't save the rooms like they confirmed and gave me a hard time when requesting one again. Further, the pictures online are NOT accurate.
The hotel rooms are far from clean. The shower faucet fell off during a shower and both room's toilets had yellow stains in the toilet bowl. Every channel on both of the televisions were fuzzy and one of the microwaves didn't work.
I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, and I hope the hotel management takes the time and money to improve their service and rooms for future quests. Got loud with Daytona crowd coming to visit. They are a late group. They are improving the place the best they can but you can only patch things so often before its time to replace. The hotel is worn out.
Awesome location and staff Pool area is very nice and has a separate area for kids Restaurant has great deals and good food. I accidentally left may phone charger. I called 2 hours later and house keeping said they had it. She said to come and pick it up.

I emailed the website again plus the hotel. I made 5 phone calls and was given the run around. It's not about the money but the principle. The women said she had it so what happened to it and why would the hotel never get back to me? The only good things were the amenities. Nice pool for the kids, lots of outdoor games. The bad part was the rooms. Old and out dated and just dirty. Zero stars on cleanliness. The staff was very friendly. The pool area was cocoa beach hotel day passes, but the rooms were not so great.

The room was noisy, particularly in the morning, but the AC kept up a regularly spaced racket all night long. Check out was slow and unorganized. Lots of groups stay at this hotel. Found online and in person looked absolutely nothing like online.

I had to really guard my little one 2 years old from being pushed and shoved by the older kids or not letting him have his turn on the slide.
